SPECIALIST ONLINE INTEGRATION THERAPY AND COACHING FOR PSYCHEDELIC EXPERIENCES

WORK WITH ME

A thoughtful place to understand what happened—and decide what comes next.

I offer individual online integration coaching for people who want experienced, grounded support after ketamine treatment or another significant altered-state experience. We begin with what happened, what remains unclear and what you now need.

You can book a focused individual session, work through a structured series or receive support alongside an ongoing medically supervised ketamine course.

You do not need to have received treatment through Emerge Clinic, and you do not need to arrive with a complete account of the experience.

Structured enough to provide direction. Flexible enough to meet the person.

Integration is guided by your actual experience, not a standard script. Some people need help with one specific experience. Others need time to follow themes, understand what has changed and carry useful insights into daily life. The structure should fit you, not the other way around.

I will not tell you what your experience meant. I will help you explore it carefully enough to discover what feels honest, relevant and useful.

COLLABORATIVE

We work together in a respectful, open and non-judgemental way.

GROUNDED

The work is calm, psychologically informed and focused on reality.

CLIENT-LED

You set the pace and the priorities for each session.

CONTEXTUAL

We consider the whole of your life, not just the medicine experience.

PRACTICAL

Clarity leads to small, realistic steps that fit your everyday life.

APPROPRIATELY BOUNDED

Clear professional boundaries protect the quality of the work.

The first step is simply a conversation

1

Enquiry

You or a family member gets in touch to ask questions and check suitability.

2

Initial conversation

A 20-minute call to understand your situation and what support may be helpful.

3

Agree the next step

We decide together the right way forward—one session, a series or another recommendation.

This conversation is not a medical assessment or commitment. Before any coaching begins, I will speak directly with you to ensure you understand the service and choose voluntarily to proceed.

What we may explore together

Remember what happened

Reconstruct the experience as clearly as possible.

Describe emotions & sensations

Name what arose in the body and mind.

Explore imagery & material

Look at images, memories and themes.

Connect with your life

Relationships, patterns and personal history.

Discern what is useful

Distinguish insight from emotional urgency.

Carry forward what matters

Identify realistic next steps.

“The aim is not to make the experience sound more profound than it was. The aim is to understand it accurately and usefully.”

Choose the level of support that fits the experience
