SPECIALIST ONLINE INTEGRATION THERAPY AND COACHING FOR PSYCHEDELIC EXPERIENCES
WORK WITH ME
I offer individual online integration coaching for people who want experienced, grounded support after ketamine treatment or another significant altered-state experience. We begin with what happened, what remains unclear and what you now need.
You can book a focused individual session, work through a structured series or receive support alongside an ongoing medically supervised ketamine course.
You do not need to have received treatment through Emerge Clinic, and you do not need to arrive with a complete account of the experience.
Integration is guided by your actual experience, not a standard script. Some people need help with one specific experience. Others need time to follow themes, understand what has changed and carry useful insights into daily life. The structure should fit you, not the other way around.
I will not tell you what your experience meant. I will help you explore it carefully enough to discover what feels honest, relevant and useful.
We stay with what arose in the experience and what it means for your right life now.
You get accurate information about what happened and why it matters.
We explore the experience from multiple angles until it makes sense.
Space to feel what surfaced and work through what needs to be felt.
Applying insights to decisions, relationships and daily life.
Continued conversations as the material continues to unfold.
WHY COACHING — AND WHY THIS COACHING IS DIFFERENT
When you bring me an experience that feels confusing, emotionally charged or difficult to explain, I am not approaching it as a generic coaching problem. My psychotherapy background helps me recognise patterns involving trauma, attachment, defences, shame, memory and relationships — so we can explore what is happening with more depth and precision.
That does not mean turning the work into psychotherapy. It means we can work with complexity without becoming lost in it. We stay focused on the experience you are trying to integrate, while drawing on a deeper understanding of how people make meaning, protect themselves and change.
Because I work clinically with people before, during and after ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, I understand that what happens in an altered state can be very different from an ordinary conversation. I know how material can emerge suddenly, how insight can feel completely convincing in the moment, and how different things can look once ordinary consciousness returns.
Just as importantly, I am more likely to recognise when what you need is not integration coaching. If something suggests that clinical, psychiatric or medical support would be more appropriate, I will tell you directly rather than trying to keep the work inside my service.
The benefit to you is depth without overcomplication — support that can hold complexity while staying focused on what you actually need now.
“The value of experience is not that I tell you what your experience means. It is that I can help you explore it with more depth, safety and perspective.”
PSYCHOTHERAPY BACKGROUND
Experience with trauma, attachment, developmental psychology, ego-state work and hypnotherapy informs how I recognise patterns beneath what first appears on the surface.
DIRECT KAP EXPERIENCE
Trained in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and currently working before, during and after ketamine sessions within The Emerge Clinic.
COACHING FRAMEWORK
The work remains focused, collaborative and internationally available, with you retaining authority over your experience and the decisions that follow from it.
This coaching is for people who have had a ketamine experience and now need help making sense of it.
You had an IV ketamine session at a clinic and were sent home.
You completed a KAP programme and want support beyond it.
You used at-home ketamine (lozenges, troches or similar) and need help.
You have had more than one experience and want to integrate it properly.
You had a challenging or confusing experience and need support.
You want help understanding your own experience.
You received ketamine treatment anywhere in the world.
You had a ketamine experience — clinic, KAP, at-home or otherwise — and something significant arose.
You want help understanding what happened, what it might mean, and how to carry it forward.
You value thoughtful conversation, psychological depth, and a safe space to explore what is still alive.
If you are in acute crisis, unsafe, or experiencing a mental health emergency, this is not the right service.
If you require ongoing psychotherapy for trauma, severe mental illness, or complex clinical conditions, you need a therapist for that.
If you are unsure, we can talk about what would serve you best.
This is not psychotherapy. It is coaching. It does not replace medical care, psychiatric treatment or clinical intervention.
It is not a crisis service and it does not offer diagnosis, treatment plans or prescriptions.
It does not guarantee outcomes.

We decide together the right way to continue or suggest another recommendation.
This conversation is not a medical assessment or commitment. Before any coaching begins, I will seek directly with you to ensure you understand the service and choose voluntarily to proceed.
The first conversation is a chance to explain where you are, ask practical questions and decide whether working together feels appropriate.
