We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry or to send you the guide you requested. We do not use your data for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data under UK GDPR on the following bases.
For contact form submissions, we rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): it is in both parties’ interests for us to respond to your enquiry.

Your information is received by email and stored locally on our systems. We do not use a cloud-based customer relationship management system or email marketing platform, and your data is not shared with any third party.
How long we keep your data
We retain the information you send us for 60 days, after which it is deleted. If your enquiry develops into an ongoing professional relationship, we will explain how your data will be handled at that point.
