SPECIALIST ONLINE INTEGRATION THERAPY AND COACHING FOR PSYCHEDELIC EXPERIENCES

KETAMINE INTEGRATION COACHING

Ketamine may open the experience. Integration helps you understand what follows.

Specialist online coaching after ketamine treatment through clinics, retreats, programmes, or medically supervised services.

Your treatment does not need to have been at Emerge Clinic.

YOUR TREATMENT TYPE

The same medicine. Very different experiences.

Ketamine is administered in several different ways, each with its own context, duration, and psychological character. The integration needs that follow are not the same. Understanding what type of experience you had helps us work more precisely with what it produced.

IV INFUSION — CLINIC WITHOUT PSYCHOTHERAPY

The experience without the container.

Many people receive IV ketamine at a clinic focused primarily on symptom relief, without a psychotherapist present or follow-up integration support. The experience can be powerful, confusing or emotionally significant — and then you are sent home. Integration coaching addresses what the clinic did not: what happened, what it meant, and what to do with it.

INTRAMUSCULAR — KAP WITH A THERAPIST

The most supported form of the experience.

Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy involves a trained therapist present throughout the session, working with what arises in real time. Even so, the material that surfaces often continues to unfold after the session ends. Integration coaching complements your existing KAP work or provides continuity if your programme has ended.

AT-HOME PRESCRIPTION — LOZENGES OR TROCHES

Significant experiences, often without adequate support.

At-home ketamine programmes such as those prescribed through telehealth services can produce genuinely profound experiences — sometimes more intense than expected — in a domestic setting, without clinical oversight or psychological support. People often have no one to speak to about what arose. Integration coaching provides that space.

SPRAVATO — NASAL ESKETAMINE

Clinical monitoring without psychological depth.

Spravato sessions take place in a clinical setting and are monitored for safety, but the focus is pharmacological rather than psychological. The dissociative experience it produces can surface unexpected material that the clinical team is not positioned to explore. Integration coaching addresses the psychological dimension that Spravato treatment does not.

Whatever the route, if something significant arose, it is worth understanding.

A grounded process for working with the experience.

01

Reconstruct and understand

We look at what happened, what you remember and what felt important.

02

Connect to experience with the wider life

We explore how it relates to your patterns, relationships and current circumstances.

03

Discern what is useful

We identify what feels true, helpful and worth carrying forward—at your pace.

04

Carry it forward

We consider practical steps, boundaries and support for sustained change.

There is no single correct ketamine experience.

Profound or meaningful

Support, insights, connections or healing moments.

Difficult or frightening

Overwhelming emotions or challenging experiences.

Fragmented or hard to remember

Disjointed, unclear or partly forgotten.

Subtle or apparently uneventful

Little seemed to happen at the time.

All of these are valid. All of them can be explored.

What happens afterward can be difficult to name.

Insights that fade or feel hard to hold

Emotional openness or sudden sensitivity

Unexpected memories or images

Questions about identity or life direction

Shifts in relationships or attachment

Unfinished material or old patterns

Disappointment or a sense that something is missing

Confusion across several sessions

Urgency to make major changes

Not everything needs to be acted upon immediately.

Integration is a process, not a race.

Integration does not have to wait until treatment ends.

Between sessions

Process what arises between sessions and prepare for what is next.

During a course

Reflect and integrate while still in treatment—if appropriate for you.

After completion

Make sense of the full experience and what comes next.

Later reflection

Revisit months later as life evolves and new questions emerge.

All medical decisions remain with your prescribing provider.

Your original provider does not need to offer the integration.

Integration can be independent of the clinic, retreat or service where you received treatment.
I work alongside your broader support network when appropriate, with your consent.

A neutral space to explore what happened and what matters to you.

Collaborative

I can liaise with your clinical team if helpful and with your permission.

AFTER THE SESSION

Ketamine does not just open the mind. It temporarily lowers the walls around it.

“In the hours and days after a ketamine experience, many people find themselves in a state of unusual emotional openness — raw, unguarded, and closer to the surface than they are used to being.”

This is not a side effect in the conventional sense. It is part of how the medicine works. Ketamine disrupts the default patterns that ordinarily keep difficult emotions at a manageable distance. When those patterns are temporarily suspended, what has been held at bay can become suddenly present.

For some people this feels like relief — a loosening of something that has been tight for a long time. For others it feels frightening, or simply unfamiliar. Memories may surface unexpectedly. Emotions that felt resolved may feel immediate again. Relationships can feel different. The world can seem both clearer and harder to navigate at the same time.

This window — sometimes hours, sometimes days, occasionally longer — is not a problem to be managed. It is the moment when integration work is most alive. What surfaces during this period is not noise. It is material. And it deserves careful, unhurried attention.

Integration coaching does not try to close that window quickly. It works within it — helping you understand what is surfacing, why it matters, and what to do with it before ordinary life closes back in around you.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Your treatment does not need to have taken place at Emerge Clinic for us to work together.

Yes. Integration coaching is independent of where or how the ketamine experience took place.

A subtle or apparently uneventful experience is still valid to explore—meaning can continue to unfold afterward.

I won’t interpret your experience for you. Instead, we explore it together so what’s useful becomes clearer to you.

No. This is coaching support only—I do not prescribe, administer or supervise ketamine treatment.

This is specialist coaching, not psychotherapy across jurisdictions. If clinical or therapeutic care is needed, I can help you find the right service.
